I wanted to say good morning and give you a HUGE thank you for all of your hard work last weekend! From my end of things everything was absolute perfection!!!! Thank you for making everything come together so seamlessly. I can’t tell you how many compliments I’ve received about every little detail of the entire day. Thank you for putting up with my agonizing over every little thing for months and months and for helping to make my wedding day everything I dreamed of! I know I will be talking to you in the weeks ahead as pictures come in, etc, but I just wanted to let you know how very appreciative I am of all of your help!

Katrina,

I wanted to send you a note thanking you for everything that you did to make our wedding the best weekend of our lives. From our first meeting I knew that you and I saw eye to eye. I could tell that day at Starbucks that you somehow knew what it was that I was looking for when it came to the design of my wedding. Mind you, at that time I could barely put into words exactly what I wanted but somehow you figured it out. Your taste is impeccable. After months of hiring fantastic vendors I came to a sudden hault, I had no idea how to tie everything together and make the room at the Mint look beautiful. Then you and I met and you got me once again excited to plan the wedding. After a number of meetings, starbucks coffee’s, emails and texts (sorry about your phone bill) — you proved to me over and over again that you were there for me and I felt like my wedding was a HUGE priority to you. You were always responsive (and still are), always decisive and listened very well in addition to respecting that we had a budget, I really appreciated those last two :)

From the table runners to the “Chandy’s” to the flowers and beyond you and I designed a look that I thought was absolutely incredible. I trusted you 110% to pull everything together on the wedding day and you exceeded my expectations. You went above and beyond and I can’t imagine how the weekend would have went or looked without you being such a huge part of it. I was calm and relaxed for the entire weekend knowing that you had everything handled, and you did. Chris and I were able to enjoy our family and friends and the entire weekend because we hired your to take care of the rest. When you were recommended to me by the Shultzes to hire for the wedding I was told I would not be dissapointed and boy was that an understatement.

Thank you for all of your hard work, your amazing creative vision, your patience and kindness through this whole process. You really made it so very beautiful and special for us.

After several stressful months of planing my “DIY wedding” on my own, my husband finally convinced me I needed a wedding planner (for his sanity and mine). After doing lots of research on all of the Charlotte planners out there, I was confident that Katrina, from come+together, was exactly who I needed to get me through the planning stages. On my first meeting with her, I knew I was going to be taken care of. Not only was she able to bring my entire vision to life, she helped me make so many decisions, kept me organized, and made herself available whenever I needed her. Beyond impressed by her planning services, I immediately asked Katrina to also design and style my bridal portrait photo shoot. Thanks to Katrina, our wedding went off without a hitch and it turned out exactly as I had envisioned (and hoped) our wedding would be. I have no idea what I would have done if I wouldn’t have hired Katrina as our wedding planner. My wife Melissa and I had the good fortune to work with come+together CEO, Katrina Hutchins during the bulk of the 2011 calendar year in preparation for our December 2011 wedding. It was apparent from our first meeting that Katrina would be someone that we would lean on both professionally and personally as it pertained to the most important day of our lives. Aside from offering great guidance throughout the process, we were amazed at her attention to detail, follow-up and ability to provide us with multiple options related to every detail within our wedding. Our original intentions were to have someone to guide us through the day-of our wedding but early in the process we realized that Katrina’s expertise and first-in-class service were an asset that we could benefit from through the entire wedding planning process.
