When Theo, from Theo Milo Photography, contacted me to do an inspiration shoot with him, I jumped for joy! I love Theo’s style…and you know what I love even more? When vendors give me total and complete artistic freedom. He put the ball in my court to do something new and creative–whatever I wanted (squeal!). So, I was flying to Boston one day and was looking around on the plane to see what was ‘relevant’…what were people talking about…what was going on NOW. Ding ding ding–The Presidential Election. It was on every iPad and every page of the newspaper I saw people reading on the plane. I took the idea, pitched it to Theo (who again, said “if you like it, I’ll shoot it!), and ran with it. Melissa from Athenuem Creative helped to bring the vision to life by incorporating buttons (like you’d see during campaigns), having ‘red, green and blue party’ choices on the RSVP cards for menu options, and more details than possible to name. She even let us borrow her puppy because every President and First Lady have a First Dog–keep scrolling. :)
